It was located in a convenient street for us.
Honestly, it is not worth the value. It was not clean.I do not recommend it at all.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, relaxed atmosphere. The view was fantastic and the location. It was good value for Marseille, and shower was good, bed comfortable. The metro is very close, as are plenty of shops. We chose it because of the price and location and were not disappointed.
No coffee/ tea making facilities(maybe standard in France?) and bathroom could have been a bit cleaner on arrival but more wear and tear than dirty.

This hotel was excellently located in Marseille near tons of shopping and a 10 minute walk to the port area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room we had was on the top floor and had a little "balcony" with a great view of the Notre Dame de la Garde.
There were mosquitos in our room and there is supposedly no eating in the rooms.

Hotel staff was friendly. Distance was not so far to the old port.(10-15 minutes on foot)
Room was narrow, and bed cover, carpet was not clean.

There are only free 4 parking spaces available!

Very hospitable people in the hotel. They got parking places in from of the building! It's important. Value for the money, nothing more to expect from those rooms. Quite convenient location, 10-15 minutes afoot to the old port and about 20 minutes (well, depends on your health) to the ND de la Garde (mandatory!)
Common peculiarity in France -- they dont speak any other language but French. Be ready.

Location was right on Rue Paradis, near the metro (and two stations from the old port), and the room was clean enough (though carpet was quite stained). The bathroom was tiny, though. You could barely squeeze through the door past the sink, and the door didn't close all the way, so the people across the street could see in. Still, for the price, it was good enough.
Mostly the bathroom -- horribly laid out use of space. Carpet was dirty (though obviously vacuumed). Man at the desk wasn't that knowledgeable about the city, couldn't really answer questions about attractions and shopping.

It was good to have a hotel in Marseilles within easy walking distance of the Vieux Port.

Staff, location
Room absolutely outdated. Triple room on the 4th floor is not really a room, rather a closed terrace area.

The hotel is well located near the centre of the city and the port and beach are both within walking reach.
The rooms are very dirty and the facilities are very basic. The manager of the hotel even turned the electricity supply to the rooms off when we left our room. There is no bar and not even a corkscrew...

Good location. Good reception. If you like ants, you can stay here.
There were ants everywhere in the room although it was on the 3rd floor.

carpet and bathroom would need to be renewed. Internet access sometimes difficukt to estqblish. No Canal+ available during my stay.

The location of the hotel was nice. It was near a metro station, not far from a nice square, and near a bus stop that takes you to the beach fairly quickly. The rooms were spacious and they kept the keys at reception, which was nice because we would not lose the keys.
Although the staff was very nice and helpful, they were slow to repair necessary things in the rooms. We also had quadrupal rooms, but only 2 towels and they would not give us anymore towels. The hotel was a nice value with a nice staff, but they need to repair some rooms and acquire extra supplies to provide to guests.

I am a satisfied customer of the hotel. The staff I met were courteous, helpful and friendly
I thought the floor covering in the lift let other aspects of the hotel down.
